Introduction

AutoSEGAK-BMI is a Chrome extension designed to help users review, import, and fill SEGAK and BMI data more efficiently on supported SPPB KPM pages. This Privacy Policy explains what data the extension may access or process, how that data is used, and how it is handled.

Data We May Access or Process

Depending on how the extension is used, AutoSEGAK-BMI may access or process the following types of data:

extension settings and user preferences stored locally in the browser,
data uploaded or entered by the user for review, import, or auto-fill purposes,
an API key entered by the user for account-related or PRO features that require access to our Supabase-hosted backend services,
student names and score data retrieved from our Supabase-hosted backend services when the PRO import feature is used,
data displayed on supported SPPB KPM pages as needed to carry out the extension’s stated workflow features.

How We Use Data

The data accessed or processed by the extension is used only to provide the core functionality of AutoSEGAK-BMI, including:

Displaying and saving extension settings
Supporting manual import or upload workflows
Validating user access for account-related or PRO features
Retrieving student names and score data for the PRO import workflow
Displaying imported records in the extension’s review interface
Helping users fill SEGAK and BMI information on supported SPPB KPM pages

Local Storage

AutoSEGAK-BMI may store certain settings and temporary workflow data locally using Chrome storage in order to improve usability and remember user preferences.

Network Requests, API Access, and Backend Services

When users access account-related or PRO features, the extension may send requests to our API or backend services, including our Supabase-hosted backend services, to validate the user’s API key and retrieve the data required for those features.

When a user uses the PRO import feature, the extension may retrieve student names and score data through our API or backend services, including our Supabase-hosted backend services, in order to display those records in the extension’s review interface and support the review, import, and auto-fill workflow.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent user data. Data is used only as necessary to operate the extension’s stated features. Where required for extension functionality, Data may be transmitted to our Supabase-hosted backend services as required for validation, synchronization, or retrieval purposes related to the extension’s workflow.

Advertising and Commercial Use of Data

We do not use user data for advertising purposes. We do not sell user data. We limit our use of data to the functionality described in this Privacy Policy.

Permissions Used

AutoSEGAK-BMI uses only the permissions necessary to provide its stated functionality.

Locally stored extension data may be removed by clearing the extension’s stored data or uninstalling the extension. Data handled through backend services is managed according to the operational needs of those services.

We take reasonable steps to limit data use to the operation of the extension and to handle data in a secure manner appropriate to the extension’s functionality.
